Center for Communication & St. Francis College present Mr. Robot
and Late Night Writers
A new partnership with the Center for Communication (centerforcommunication.org) is giving St. Francis
College students access to some top TV talent.
In the fall, the Center brought to the college Sam Esmail, creator of, and Rami Malek, star of Mr. Robot,
USA Network’s award-winning show. In the spring, Zhubin Parang (The Daily Show with Trevor Noah),
Franchesca Ramsey (The Nightly Show with Larry
Wilmore), and Joe Toplyn (The Late Show with
David Letterman) spoke about the craft of comedy
and news satire.
The Center for Communication hosts events
year-round across New York City, exposing students
to professionals in a wide variety of communication
fields, including advertising and marketing agencies,
internet news sites, television show producers and
media companies. ●
