History Year 181 BC First settlers begin to plant vineyards in the surroundings of aquileia due to the very good climate and soil of the area. Year 56 BC JULIUS CESAR walked on the Tenuta Beltrame soil on the way to conquer more east provinces. We are totally sure of this fact because the only paved road that was connecting the Aquileia province to the others still pass right through our property. And Italy's local provincial government has provided our wine yard a certified document to commemorate that part of glory history.
