Let's celebrate!
Parties and afternoon teas on the festive menu
A
cklam Hall is set to ‘deck the halls’
for a third successive Christmas
since opening following a stunning
refurbishment in February 2016.
December will bring another festive,
fun-filled month of lunches, afternoon teas
and dinners for all those long overdue get-
togethers.
From November 30, Middlesbrough’s
only Grade I listed building will play host to
its popular Christmas parties, which have
proved a huge hit in previous years, selling
out during the summer, leading to additional
evenings being added.
Acklam Hall’s managing director Michael
Jones believes the demand is a direct
reflection of the success of the venue’s 2017
events.
One very happy customer, Sara Luther,
contacted Acklam Hall after attending one of
last year’s parties to give them this fantastic
feedback…“I’d just like to say a huge thank
you to all the staff for making our Christmas
party night on December 22 a fantastic
evening. The food was excellent and the staff
treated us really well. In fact so much so that
I would like to be able to book again next
year as soon as your Christmas dates are
released.”

snowman macaroons,
to white stilton scones
and turkey and stuffing
sandwiches, there’s something
for everyone.
Afternoon teas are available
throughout the month on
Monday from 12pm–3pm
and Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm–4pm.
Christmas is all about getting together
with friends and family, enjoying some
catch-up time, while enjoying great food
and a cheeky tipple. Acklam Hall’s private
dining rooms provide the perfect location
for guests to enjoy their own music selection,
decorations and a range of the venue’s
menus. It’s only the company they can’t pick
for you, so choose wisely.
Acklam Hall is proud to offer menu
options to cater for their vegan guests, as well
as other various dietary requirements, so
they are confident nobody will miss out on
the goodies this Christmas.

for Christmas gifts for the person who
has everything, so why not treat them to
an Acklam Hall voucher? A value of your
choosing can be redeemed against all of their
great offerings, from breakfast to dinner.
The hall has certainly become a
destination to celebrate during the month
of December, so Michael and his team look
forward to welcoming back their regulars,
meeting some new faces and becoming part
of your seasonal shenanigans throughout
December.
Finally, look out for details of a
community carol service in the hall
courtyard on the evening of December 17,
starting around 6pm.
