REDCAR ROCKS MUSIC
AND COMEDY FESTIVAL
With the opportunity to camp overnight and
enjoy the silent disco for that true festival
experience, music this year will include an
array of local, national and international
talent including Henrys Funeral Shoe, The
Marsicans, The Wholls, The Seagulls, Bang
Bang Romeo, The Elks, Alistair James, Tom
Joshua, Josh Newell Brown, with Ska Boom

SALTBURN HILL CLIMB
The start is from the bottom of Cat Nab
car park as over 100 veteran cars and
motorcycles all roar along Saltburn Lane
as part of the event which features cars and
motorbikes made between 1918 and 1975.

FESTIVAL OF THRIFT

ANNUAL NORTH-EAST OYSTER
FESTIVAL
One of the the North-East’s corporate
and social events of the year, the Oyster
Festival includes live performances
by former Spandau Ballet singer Tony
Hadley, The Wild Murphys and Steve
Rawlings. Just like Ascot - it's a day at the
races without the horses! Ladies dressed
to impress and gents in their smart suits
arrive for a champagne reception and
the entertainment begins, while there’s a
three-course Fruits de Mer menu, Oyster
stalls plus complimentary lager, beer and
wine.

THE ULTIMATE GARDEN PARTY
Rockliffe Hall is hosting an exclusive Garden
Party in the resort’s beautiful grounds to
raise money for two charities, Headway
and Brain Tumour Research, in memory of
Middlesbrough magician Paul Daniels, who
died last year, a month after being diagnosed
with a brain tumour. The event will feature
a performance by the North East’s very own
‘Kylie of Opera’, Annette Wardell. Supporting
entertainment will include the Northern
Doctors Chorus and many more.
