SIX NEW RECRUITS AS EVOLUTION CONTINUES TO GROW N orth East accountancy practice Evolution LLP has just celebrated its fifth birthday and announced six new team members. In the 10 months since their brand relaunch, this entrepreneurial business has moved into a flagship office at Wynyard Park House, continued to grow both its client base and team members, and has broadened its service offering. From the day one, Evolution has gone out of its way to attract a team of ambitious individuals each with a broad commercial perspective who make it their business to understand their clients inside out in order to deliver bespoke and intelligent solutions. Evolution client Mike Greenup, co-founder and managing director of Middlesbroughbased home improvement supplier MB DIY, said: “From the very beginning, the team at Evolution has engendered a feeling of trust and reliability, consistently providing us with advice we can depend upon without undue risk. “As we expand our geographic reach across the UK, having the Evolution team on our side encourages us to develop new ideas and provides us with the back-up we need to make those big decisions.” Joining the team earlier in 2015, recent recruit Nichola Donnelly said: “I am excited to be part of the team not only for my future progression and career but also for that of the firm. The possibilities seem endless and I am very happy to join. I knew this was the firm I wanted to be a part of and that it would equip me with all of the skills needed for success”. Indeed, as Evolution continues to grow, its service offering now includes management and brand consultancy. Managing partner Martin Barber said: “We are thrilled to add to our outstanding team and client base and will continue to do so. “We have a diverse range of brilliant individuals dedicated to building strong commercial relationships and delivering the best added value solutions to our clients. We want to become a trusted business partner to all our clients by encouraging them to think big, make informed decisions and help deliver their ambitions.” For more information on this dynamic practice visit: www.evolutionllp.com Training company expands A professional development training business is expanding further less than a year after launching as demand exceeds expectations.
