Wilton Centre offers excellent
facilities in the perfect location
Wilton Centre’s reputation as a world-leading business and science park
makes it the location of choice for many businesses.
O
ver 60 companies, ranging
from multinationals through
to SMEs and start-ups,
are located at the centre
and levels of interest in
the range of high quality
office and technical space
available continue to be high.
High demand for space
Lettings figures for 2014 at the 75 acre
site, located between Middlesbrough and
Redcar, were double those of 2013 and total
occupancy is now running at 70%.
The surge to take up space is set against
a background of significant investment in
creating excellent facilities for tenants based
at the centre.
In the past 18 months alone the Wilton
Centre has revamped and refurbished
its Lakeside restaurant and coffee shop,
launched a state-of-the art gym with its
own beauty salon for tenant employees and
created a suite of high quality conference
and meeting rooms.
Excellent facilities and location
Site director Steve Duffield said that the
improvements have added significantly to
the attraction of the centre as a location
for business office space as well as its
reputation as a world-class business
environment.
“Location is crucial to businesses, both
in terms of accessibility as well as the
surrounding business community.
“We are able to offer an ideally positioned
setting close to all major transport networks
together with a large network of businesses
for tenants to build links with and potentially
form long-term business partnerships.”
Exceptional support for tenants
Since April 2015, tenants at the centre
have also benefited from a revitalised
support network after it became part of the
