Solutions (RMS) are delighted
to be sponsoring the Tees
Businesswomen Awards for a
second year.
With a female executive management
team, RMS recognises the benefits of
women in business. Approaching 20 years
under the creative vision of owner and
managing director Carole Martin, RMS
has built a solid reputation for recruiting
excellence. With 2019 set to be one of their
most successful years to date, they are
stronger than ever and have ambitious plans
to further cultivate their offering of services
across Teesside.
To support their growth strategy, RMS
has made two key appointments, Nikki Butt
as operations director and Natalie Makari as
operations manager.
Nikki brings with her significant
experience, having worked across both the
HR and recruitment divisions of RMS for
the past 15 years. This key appointment
recognises the impact hard working women
can have in business today. Nikki believes
the prime asset of their business is its
people – candidates, clients and employees.
She is currently focused on the strategic
growth and reputation of the company
while supporting the government’s Good
Work Plan, a positive step to create a level
playing field in today’s labour market.
Carole Martin said: “It gives me great
personal pride to see Nikki achieve this well-
deserved promotion. Over the last 15 years
Nikki has worked throughout each area of
the business and created excellent business
knowledge with a can-do attitude. This
natural step onto the executive team can
only strengthen our plans for growth.”
Nikki commented: “Our management
team is the strongest it has been, which
is evident by some outstanding contract
successes in recent months. With 2019
already generating £10m of new business,
it’s evident that companies value the
flexibility of an outsourced partner, today
more than ever.
“I’m truly excited at the future
opportunities at RMS and am looking
forward to building on the successful
platform we have created across the Tees
Valley.”

Natalie also shares Nikki’s refreshing
enthusiasm and passion for the company
and the recruitment industry as a whole,
which positions RMS for some busy, yet
exciting times.
As two strong female leaders, they
have been keen to create a strong culture
of empowering success. They believe
collaborating and challenging one another
breeds their creativity and promotes
innovative ideas to boost RMS’s ongoing
growth.
Natalie loves communicating and is
confident she can find a solution to any
problem; a trait RMS clients believe adds
great value to their operations. She believes
her transparent way of working is key to her
success and reputation within the industry.
These key appointments show how
women of today can overcome the unique
challenges faced in work and business,
providing inspiration for the next generation.
RMS provides recruitment support to a
breadth of industries which places them
in an excellent position to give an update
on Teesside’s economic health. And while
