With a female executive management team, RMS recognises the benefits of women in business. Approaching 20 years under the creative vision of owner and managing director Carole Martin, RMS has built a solid reputation for recruiting excellence. With 2019 set to be one of their most successful years to date, they are stronger than ever and have ambitious plans to further cultivate their offering of services across Teesside. To support their growth strategy, RMS has made two key appointments, Nikki Butt as operations director and Natalie Makari as operations manager. Nikki brings with her significant experience, having worked across both the HR and recruitment divisions of RMS for the past 15 years. This key appointment recognises the impact hard working women can have in business today. Nikki believes the prime asset of their business is its people – candidates, clients and employees. She is currently focused on the strategic growth and reputation of the company while supporting the government’s Good Work Plan, a positive step to create a level playing field in today’s labour market. Carole Martin said: “It gives me great personal pride to see Nikki achieve this well- deserved promotion. Over the last 15 years Nikki has worked throughout each area of the business and created excellent business knowledge with a can-do attitude. This natural step onto the executive team can only strengthen our plans for growth.” Nikki commented: “Our management team is the strongest it has been, which is evident by some outstanding contract successes in recent months.
