Hartburn estate agent Adore Properties has
welcomed experienced lettings agent Anne-
Marie Nwaogwugwu to their team as they
continue a busy start to 2018.
The appointment of Anne-Marie, who
has over three decades of experience as
an agent, follows a flurry of activity in the
housing market in the run up to the end of
2017.
Anne-Marie holds an NFOPP technical
award level 3 and brings with her a wealth of
knowledge of the local housing market.
She has previously marketed and sold
homes across TS postcodes, including Yarm
and Stokesley, as well as Adore’s immediate
area of Hartburn.

The history and heritage of the Globe
theatre in Stockton will be enjoyed by people
across Stockton and beyond thanks to the
appointment of a heritage learning officer.
Sophie Owens has taken up the new
post, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund,
which will see her ensure that the Globe’s
fascinating past is not lost as its exciting new
future as a live entertainment venue comes
to fruition.
