You will find us in a terraced house at the heart of Middlesbrough on
Bedford Street. We are a family-run unique restaurant offering specialist
cured meats and artisan cheeses from producers steeped in history.
We have also created a simple and innovative à la carte menu based around the art
of charcuterie including smoking, curing and brining, using top quality produce.
We make everything from scratch, in house and you can taste the effort that
goes into every dish.
You are all invited to our house for dinner – The Curing House, where we all love food!
CHRISTMAS AT THE CURING HOUSE
From The Curing House corned beef to herb brined and roasted turkey breast, all
our dishes are made from scratch in our kitchen. We even make our own pigs in
blankets using our own homemade sausages and house-cured bacon.
Our luxury charcuterie and specialist cheeses are also available.
