When CASS( Cleaning and Support Services) built a national reputation for commercial cleaning excellence, it did so on the back of strong supplier relationships, operational insight and an unwavering focus on standards.

Now that same DNA is driving the growth of its sister company, Cleaning Products( CP) – a Teesside-based business positioning itself at the forefront of janitorial supply, cleaning machinery and workplace consumables across the region.
Founded by Grahame Chapman and led by managing director Peter Chapman, CP represents the next stage in the Chapman family’ s expansion within the professional cleaning sector.
While CASS delivers services on the ground, CP ensures the tools, technology and materials behind those services are fit for purpose, cost-effective and future-ready.
For Peter, the move into supply was a natural progression. With more than 15 years’ experience in the cleaning industry – including five years focused specifically on the provision of workplace products and janitorial equipment – he has developed a detailed understanding of the challenges facing facilities managers, procurement teams and cleaning contractors.
“ There’ s often a disconnect between what’ s sold and what’ s actually needed on site,” Peter explains.“ We’ ve worked at the sharp end of cleaning operations. We understand the pressures – staffing, compliance, budgets and sustainability targets – and that shapes how we approach supply.”
Built on practical experience Cleaning Products operates as a multichannel sales business, serving customers through direct account management, trade support and long-term B2B partnerships. Its core focus spans janitorial supplies, professional cleaning machinery, consumables and wider workplace essentials.
Unlike many distributors, CP’ s foundations are rooted in operational delivery rather than pure sales. Decades of frontline experience within CASS inform everything from product selection to supplier partnerships. That practical insight ensures recommendations are grounded in efficiency, durability and realworld performance— not simply price point. In a market shaped by cost control and rapid innovation, clients are looking for more than products; they are seeking systems and long-term value.
“ We want to be a solutions partner, not just a catalogue,” Peter says.
Partnering with industry leaders A significant step in CP’ s development has been securing partnerships with two major names in professional cleaning technology.
The company has aligned with Numatic International, the UK’ s largest manufacturer of cleaning machines. Known globally for its iconic vacuum cleaners, Numatic also produces a wide range of commercial scrubber dryers and floorcare systems used
