Deepening Expertise: The Inspec Solutions Acquisition While the Graduate and Apprenticeship Scheme builds our future, our recent acquisition of Inspec Solutions has fundamentally enhanced our present-day capabilities. Inspec Solutions, a specialist in functional safety and complex control systems, brings a wealth of niche expertise to ITS.
This acquisition was a deliberate move to complement our existing strengths in digital and process control systems. By bringing the Inspec team into the fold, we have created a powerhouse of functional safety expertise. This is particularly vital for our recent project wins across various regulated sectors, where the ability to design and validate Safety Instrumented Systems( SIS) is a mandatory requirement. The synergy between the two firms means that ITS can now offer end to end solutions- managing everything from the sensor on the factory floor to the data-driven insights in the boardroom, all underpinned by the highest standards of safety.
