Outrank marks award wins and client success with exciting move
Middlesbrough-based digital marketing agency Outrank is relocating to larger premises as it strengthens its position as a leading nationwide player in the industry.
And, crucially, the switch aims to ensure Outrank remains a great place to work for its expanding team for years to come.
This move comes on the back of a string of impressive wins. For two consecutive years, Outrank was recognised on the UK’ s official Great Place to Work list, with this year seeing the agency achieve a fantastic top-three position in those prestigious rankings.
Adding to this success, Outrank was recently named in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Top 100 for 2025, while the firm was also crowned Tees Business Small Company of the Year, further cementing its reputation as a thriving, dynamic firm.
Now, Outrank is taking the next step in its growth journey after acquiring the keys to a new 6,000-sq ft home at Riverside House, just round the corner from its current location at River Court in Brighouse Business Village, where it has been for the past four years.
The agency’ s existing 2,600-sq ft office space at River Court has become increasingly cramped for its growing team.
The new premises represent a significant investment in Outrank’ s people and culture, designed to enhance employee wellbeing and offer an engaging work environment.
Highlights include a state-of-the-art gym and shower facilities, a stylish bar area, a dedicated training centre and a fully equipped podcast and recording studio.
Outrank is also creating a next-level games room, complete with arcade gaming console, darts, a tournament pool table and even a golf simulator.
Francesca Scott, operations director, said:“ Two years ago, when we won the Great Place to Work award, it was on the strength of the people who make up the agency.
“ Now, we are in a position to not only reflect that culture but also have the physical space to embody it. We are taking the games room to a whole new level, and we’ re adding a classroom / training suite, a staff gym and much more.”
The new office design will feature a contemporary agency feel, including a mix of well-lit and darker areas, open spaces and a strong emphasis on healthy living.
Francesca said:“ We want to improve communication and interaction through the spaces and zones we’ ve created.
“ We also plan to host industry events and regional business gatherings, allowing us to give back to the local community.” This move signifies more than just expansion for Outrank. It also represents a commitment to its team and a vision for the future.
Stephen Robinson, CEO, said:“ It marks the start of the next chapter at Outrank. It’ s about giving back to the team who have helped us get to where we are today.
