EIGHTH WONDER

Entries and nominations are now open for the eighth annual Tees Businesswomen Awards, as organisers build on an event that transformed the profile of the region’ s female business leaders, while creating role models to inspire the next generation.

Organised by Tees Business, the prestigious awards will be headline sponsored for an eighth successive year by Middlesbrough College Group and take place on Thursday November 6 in the new venue of the Coleman Suite at Hardwick Hall.
The Tees Businesswomen Awards shine a light on local female talent, creating role models, breaking barriers and inspiring the next generation to believe in their power, potential and place in business.
Last year’ s winner of the coveted Tees Businesswoman of the Year title was Intasite director Danielle Croce, succeeding previous winners including Claire Preston, Jane Armitage, Kimberley Turner and Sharon Lane.
But with 12 categories up for grabs, the awards cover the vast breadth of skills shown by our region’ s amazing businesswomen and female-led organisations.
Zoe Lewis, CEO and principal of headline sponsor Middlesbrough College Group, said:“ We’ re delighted to be the headline sponsors of the Tees Businesswomen Awards 2025. Middlesbrough College has proudly supported these awards since their inception, and each year it’ s a privilege to celebrate the incredible achievements of women across our region.
“ Championing talent, ambition and opportunity is at the heart of everything we do, and these awards perfectly reflect the values we strive to promote within the college and the wider Tees Valley community.”
