Ryan Noble and Giedrius Ilginis , Subsea Energy Solutions A Tees recruitment agency has supported global engineering business Subsea Energy Solutions with two senior appointments .
Stockton-based Westray Recruitment Group helped Subsea with the appointment of Ryan Noble as managing director and Giedrius Ilginis as sales manager .
Subsea Energy Solutions is a global equipment manufacturer in the offshore energy industry based at Catterick Garrison .
After the investment from Topp Holdings GmbH in 2023 , Subsea has seen rapid growth in its business due to the success of its patented SUB-FLEX TM product .
The technology is said by Subsea bosses to be deemed as the best cable protection system for the fixed and floating wind industry .
Both placements are part of the company ’ s move to install new management structures .

Erik Scollay , Middlesbrough Council Middlesbrough Council is set to appoint Erik Scollay as its new permanent chief executive .
The council ’ s Chief Officer Appointments Committee has recommended Mr Scollay for the role after an extensive recruitment process .
Mr Scollay , 57 , has been director of adult social services at the council for the past eight years .
He has worked at the authority for 17 years and was a lieutenant in the Royal Navy before embarking on a 30-year career in social care .
Middlesbrough mayor Chris Cooke said : “ During a very competitive and encouraging recruitment process , Erik ’ s passion and obvious love for the council and our town shone through .
“ He outlined a clear vision and direction for the future and understands the need to explain and guide staff through changing times .
“ He showed he understood our issues , challenges and opportunities and expressed a clear desire to work with staff and councillors at all levels to make sure Middlesbrough continues to improve .”
Clive Heaphy has been interim chief executive at the council since March 2023 .
