The firm has created a space where employees work in a modern , inspiring environment that encourages collaboration , productivity and overall wellbeing .

Corporate finance associate Luke Hopkins shares more about the decision to completely revamp its office on Bowesfield Park .
“ With changing regulations , our audit and small business teams needed to work more closely ,” he explains .
“ We needed them sitting in the same room because at that time they weren ’ t even on the same floor . This led to us rethinking the entire space . What began as a layout adjustment quickly expanded into a full renovation .
Culture – the firm believes creating a positive work environment is key to attracting and retaining top talent .
“ From top to bottom , the partners reimagined every floor . The result ? A vibrant , welcoming office that supports our people and culture . As a firm , we want our staff to enjoy coming to work every day because of the positive , welcoming environment here and the same goes for our visitors .”

Support for staff goes well beyond the typical workplace perks . Performance psychologist and wellbeing coach Tabby Kerwin is on site three times a week , offering confidential support for workrelated or personal matters alike , ensuring each team member has access to the resources they need .
And keeping everyone informed is a priority . With 50 employees across three floors , the firm relies on a monthly newsletter , led by Tabby , to share updates and promote wellness .
Julie Ford , from the support team , also contributes by providing health and fitness tips to keep everyone engaged . Julie ’ s influence on health goes further – she ’ s a qualified yoga instructor and leads weekly yoga sessions , along with light weight-lifting classes three times a week .
She even ensures employees get their “ five-a-day ”, blending fresh fruit and veggie shots that are a firm favourite in the office .
“ Everyone joins in , whether it ’ s weights , yoga , or one of the many wellness activities ,” says Luke .
“ It ’ s all part of our culture . Each department also hosts themed events every couple of months . Connecting on a social level makes work more enjoyable and creates a collaborative , productive environment .”
