Members of the UKSE teams based on Teesside have been busy welcoming new business tenants to the Innovation Centres in Redcar and Hartlepool .
Companies working in the digital software , payroll services and creative branding sectors are among the businesses needing more office or unit space for growing teams and expansion plans .
The newcomers have been enjoying Meet Your Neighbour get-togethers with the 50-plus businesses already based at each centre .
Holly Thomson and Liz Atkin are expanding Blonde Creative , an awardwinning creative brand and content agency , from their new Redcar base . The agency helps clients transform their brand through marketing content – from websites and brochures to social media and newsletters .

third office at the centre as demand from both local and national businesses grows . Founder Lyle McCalmont is looking to recruit more people with a passion for digital technology from the talent available on Teesside .
At the centre in Hartlepool , McBrides Payroll Bureau Services is one of the newcomers .
