“ I think we ’ re in a phase too , where business owners may be looking to retire after many years of building up their business .
“ We have a lot of instructions like that in 2024 where clients are coming to us for help and advice when it comes to making an exit from business .
“ It ’ s a great feeling to regularly be able to tell someone that we feel we can look to put up their properties or business for more than they might be expecting .
“ There ’ s a lot of positives from working in the commercial property and business sales sector but undoubtedly one of the best is to be able to make a successful sale in which both sides are happy and , in the case of the seller , helps fund the retirement they ’ ve planned or dreamed of .”
