“ We provide healthcare assistants who work with both young people and adults in the community and it ’ s an area where there is a great need ,” Jessica says .
“ We have recognised that need and we have been able to support a wide range of people in the community who are vulnerable , from the age of zero to the elderly .
“ We have invested a large amount of money in training healthcare professionals to work in the community with vulnerable people and also in developing the administrators who work behind the scenes to ensure the right care can be delivered , in the right place at the right time .
“ We now have a large number of training programmes taking place within our centre and training equipment to enable us to deliver training in house .”

However , the main focus for Jessica is on retaining Moonrise ’ s Good CQC rating – and even striving towards Outstanding status .
The firm has opened another office in Birmingham to provide healthcare workers across that region and has plans to branch out in other areas too .
In addition to committing to providing high-quality training for all , Jessica believes the key to the company ’ s success is empathy in care .

shoes ,” says Jessica . “ You should deliver care which is at the level you would expect if you were receiving it yourself .
“ It ’ s about being patient , caring and responsive .”
Jessica adds it ’ s also important to listen and get feedback from those being cared for and from staff .
“ We are very supportive of those in care and the team we work with and want to collaborate with them and listen to any concerns they might have ,” she says .
“ We are looking forward to many more years of working together to deliver great care in the communities we serve .”
