Moonrise celebrates 10th anniversary with ‘ Good ’ rating for professional care

recruitment company which provides high-quality NHS and private healthcare staff is celebrating 10 years in business with a ‘ Good ’ rating from the Care Quality Commission ( CQC ).
Moonrise 24-hour recruitment has spent the past decade delivering high-quality care , including supported living , children ’ s services and agency cover in both the public and private sectors .
Over the years , the firm has also branched out into healthcare training and secure patient transport services , enabling vulnerable patients up and down the country to be taken to appointments or events .
Jessica Gwaringa , managing director of Moonrise , explains : “ We believe our success comes from the way we ’ re committed to delivering high-quality , bespoke training to our own staff to enhance their performance at work , whether they are our office workers or our carers .
“ We have young apprentices working within the business and we have also started offering further training to our care staff and other caring professionals throughout the community .
“ The last 10 years have involved a lot of hard work – but it ’ s been very rewarding , as we have achieved such a lot in that time .”
Hollie Pallister , 18 , is on a business administration apprentice with Moonrise – and is looking forward to developing a long and happy career with the firm .
She said : “ I started my apprenticeship in January 2023 and planned to go into the care side of things .
“ But I fell in love with working in the office and decided to develop my career in business administration .
“ I like the people I work with and the positive relationships and friendships I have built – and I have gained such a lot of confidence since I started working here when I was 17 .”
