Why were you transferred to Traweek Middle School?
Mr. Cotter:
I was transferred to Traweek when the superintendent met with me last summer and asked me to come
over here.
Teen Titans:
How do you like Traweek so far?
Why?
Mr. Cotter:
I really like Traweek because this is where I started my teaching career, so it was like coming home. I’m
very excited to be here. There were so many staff members that were here when I was teaching, and so far
this has been a great year.
Teen Titans:
Is being an assistant principal at Traweek Middle School difficult?
Why or Why Not?
Mr. Cotter:
I wouldn’t say it was difficult. I really enjoy working with students, and make them do the right thing. For
me, I know that students are going to make mistakes and we try to learn from them and not make the same
mistakes again.
Teen Titans:
Do you like the students here at Traweek Middle School?
Why?
Are they well behaved?
Mr. Cotter:
I like the students here at Traweek because, since the first day I’ve started, the students have been saying
hello, and they have been introducing themselves to me. Also, it’s getting more and more as I’m getting to
know the students here. They have been really respectful to me, and it has made my job easier to get to
know students here.

What changes do you think Traweek should be having?
