To Middle:
Here is another student’s thoughts about middle school.
Cynthia Cruz: Went to Rowland Elementary
If you could, how would you change the long lines and time at
lunch?
“ We should have another lunch line for 6th grade or a different lunch for 6th”
Do you feel like you have more homework, the same amount
or less?
“ Probably around the same amount of homework. My teacher had us do a survey
on homework and reduced the amount of questions from 15 to 7.”
Do you like the idea of having sports at school? Have you
joined any?
“I like the idea. I tried out for volleyball, but I already do cheer.”
What is one thing that you are looking forward to in middle
school? Why?
“ I’m looking forward to switching classes, the 4 minute break, and meeting new
teachers.”
