This year, 2017, the big horror movie is once
again “It”, but this time, it actually is something
to call creepy and a little scary. The new version
of Pennywise is very different. He is a little
scarier and more intense. The new Pennywise is
something you definitely don’t want to be
around. Here and there, throughout the movie
he can be funny because he shakes in a weird
way, but to me it was kind of funny. The makeup
on the new clown
Is really good. It is a lot more creepier
than the old one. The costume was very different
as well. The new Pennywise also has a really
mischievous smirk on his face, which is actually
pretty creepy. Besides Pennywise, the main kids
in the movie are pretty different from the old
kids, as I mentioned before. They look older than
the kids in the old movie. Although they are
older, does not mean that they were more
mature. The new kids were just as childish, or
maybe even more. But just like in the old one,
they were a strong group of friends who just
wanted to get rid of “It”. Something that was
different in the new movie was that in part 1,
they never showed the adult version of the kids.
They just showed the kids and not the adults.
Another thing about the new “It” is that
Pennywise actually has a house, and doesn’t just
roam in the sewers like the old Pennywise. A
different thing in the new movie is that the mean
kid Henry, it shows his father and how Henry
really acts around his father. That is all the
different things in the new “It” than from the old
“It”.
That is all about both versions of “It”.
They are pretty different, but both good movies.
The thing that is mostly the same between both
movies is the story of it. They both have the
same story, which is clear in both movies. So the
results are that the 1990 “It” is more of a movie
about a funny, monster clown that feeds on kids’
fear. The 2017 “It” is more of a horror movie with
some comedy in it. So the question from before
is answered; Pennywise is very different in the
new one than the old one. The last question is,
“Which “It” version is better”? The answer to
that question would be that the 2017 “It” is the
better version. The new one is a really good
horror movie with some comedy in it. The old
one is more of a clown comedy. So, I recommend
seeing the new “It”. you should also see the old

one, both parts, just so you can know what is
going on. Can’t wait to see you floating too!
