Think about what the staff could have done to improve your experience and make it into an amazng customer service experience. You will need to use this experience daily in your job role because this will remind you how essential it is to always give excellent customer service!

I'm sure you will agree that poor customer service can be very damaging to a business and it can take a long time to put. I know I found it much easier to think of a poor customer service experience than an excellent one, this is because our bad experiences stay with us longer.
