Per Bosio anche l’ automazione rappresenta un investimento strategico perché aumenta la sicurezza, riduce le movimentazioni manuali e rende il processo più efficiente e veloce: è uno dei cardini su cui l’ azienda continuerà a investire.

" Our strategy has always been to reinvest in the company to make us as self-sufficient as possible. We believe that managing development, manufacturing, assembly, testing and customer support operations in-house is the best way to guarantee customers high quality standards. Cutting is fundamental to our activity: we start with tubes and sheets and we machine them into components for the systems we build. Keeping laser cutting operations in-house has always been essential for us, also to be able to respond quickly to urgent customer requests without relying on external suppliers. The transition from CO 2 lasers to fibre lasers, also supplied by Mazak, has allowed us to further increase this capacity. Improving the processing speed has made us much more responsive in managing urgent orders and production priorities,” Bosio explains. The variety of stainless steels used also requires cutting systems capable of handling different alloys for different applications in the food industry.“ We use steels with very different properties, depending on the content of salts, acidity, or other application requirements. We needed an extremely flexible cutting system and the fibre laser by Mazak has fully met our expectations.” For Bosio, automation also represents a strategic investment because it improves safety, reduces manual handling and makes the process more efficient and faster. This is a cornerstone in which the company will continue to invest.
