A minute's success pays the faliure of years.

Android is the operating system that powers over 1 billion smartphones and tablets.

Since these devices make our lives so sweet, each Android version is named after a dessert: Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, and Jelly Bean.

As everyone finds chocolate so tempting, we decided to name the next version of Android after one of our favourite chocolate treats, the KitKat.

In conclusion, while Android 4.3 isn't a milestone for Google the same way 4.1 was, it still adds a host of new useful features. Chief of these is the addition of restricted profiles, a feature which greatly increases the OS' business appeal, letting IT managers control which applications users run on a work device without having to shell out for third-party software. Add to this the obvious push to increase developer interest in Android through the addition of OpenGL ES 3.0 support and we can't help but feel Android 4.3 is a step in the right direction and would recommend users upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.
