A new website
As I’m sure you’ve noticed, our digital shop front
has changed! Our new website is fresher, slicker
and with less than 250 pages it’s much easier to
find what you’re looking for. It’s great on a mobile
device too, making life easier for residents and
stakeholders to interact with us online.
Awards
It’s great that your hard work continues to
be recognised within the sector. We’ve been
shortlisted for more awards:
Our amazing Join Us project has been shortlisted
for Digital Involvement at the TPAS Southern
Region Awards, together with ‘Residents Making
the Difference’, our fantastic annual review for
2014-15
The Scarbrook Road scheme, a new development
in Croydon, featuring 39 of our homes, is in line
for the ‘Best Large Development’ at the First Time
Buyer (FTB) Awards.
Congratulations to everybody involved…. And
fingers crossed when the winners are announced!
Policy Updates
We’ve updated following policies:
Diversity Week
We held our first AmicusHorizon Diversity Week
in January. It was fantastic to see so many of you
engaging with the events, training and information.
I’m really proud of the progress we’re making as
an organisation. Thank you to the AmicusHorizon
Diversity Group for all the work they did to bring
this week about. And to everyone who joined in
and showed they’re up for making AmicusHorizon
brilliant at Equality and Diversity!
ASB Policy – combining the ASB and
Harassment Policies
Pets Policy – simplifying the policy and adding

and removing the distinction for ‘professional
services’
