and purpose. Our purpose is the
same as it was 51 years ago – to
meet housing need.
And we’ll make sure we provide
more homes and deliver great
services. A lot has changed for the
sector in the past few weeks – but
our mission and purpose is timeless.

SET proud to
become Dementia
Friends
Dementia will affect a growing
number of our residents. So we’ve
signed up to the national and local
Dementia Action Alliances. We’ve
pledged to encourage staff to become
Dementia Friends. This means
learning a little about what it’s like
to live with dementia. There are two
ways to do this:
Set aside 60 minutes at a team
meeting for a Dementia Friends
briefing. Contact Robin Deane who
can help.
Go online to the Dementia Friends
website where you can register
and watch a video.
All of SET are proud to have
become Dementia Friends, and
hope you’ll join them.
