colleagues when we
need to.
So we’re off and running with the
roll out of our thought provoking
and, some have said life changing
programme, called ‘My Best Self’.

WE DID:
Created a briefing for EMT
to refresh all managers,
this will be delivered by
end of April. These will be
supported by teleconference
sessions for staff.
YOU SAID

ease the pressure
from time to
time.
Our culture is key to our
continued and sustained
success. We all need to take
ownership and responsibility to
keep it alive and well.
This means:
Congratulate and recognise
colleagues when you see them
demonstrating the fantastic
elements of our culture and give
them a gentle nudge if you see
behaviours that don’t fit with our
culture
Always remember to give a
positive first response – on the
phone, in person and on email!
Use time speak at every
opportunity to ensure we all
keep our promises and create
clear expectations.
