Staff Survey
You gave us some great feedback to work with in the staff survey.
We’ve listened and put actions in place to make improvements.
Here are some of the ‘You Said’ and ‘We Did’ actions:
WE DID:
We set up a Leadership Group page on YoDA that lists all
of SET and EMT. It details what each member of EMT is
responsible for and provides a short biography for each person.
EMT have:
committed to talking to all of their teams to explain what staff
can expect from them and what they’re responsible for.
agreed to encourage staff to give them a ‘nudge’ if they’re not
role modelling important cultural and leadership behaviours (like
a positive first response and EMT WoW Behaviours).

We’ve created a Culture and Organisational
Development (OD) group using volunteers
from AH who’ll help shape our culture and
learning and development offer.
WE DID:
We’ve stopped monthly Golden Nuggets
and are putting all the learning tools into a
new intranet page called ‘managers meze’.
WE DID:
We’ve asked each team to use YoDa and
have a dedicated page describing their
team’s function.
Teams will do showcases at SEG meetings
(instead of staff conference) and video them to
share to everyone via YoDa.
YOU SAID
Staff don’t fully
understand what
other teams do, so
promises aren’t always
kept and trust is
reduced.
