Member and Team Member personal information is strictly confidential . Team Members are prohibited from sharing personal information in any form with persons outside of Interlachen and other Team Members who do not have access to the same information , including their membership status , name , address , phone number , birthdate , and account number .
Team Members are encouraged to avoid engaging with Members on social media . Inappropriate posts , comments , etc . may result in disciplinary action , including and up to termination .
Team Members are expected to be courteous , polite , and professional when interacting with any members or guests of the facility . Beyond that , Team members are not to socialize with members and guests of the facility unless given specific permission to do so from either the General Manager / CEO or the Manager on Duty . ICC will not hire the children , grandchildren , or parents of members .

When hired , as a condition of employment , you must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and present documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility . If you were previously employed with us , you must complete a new form if you have not completed an I-9 for us within the past three years , or if your previous I-9 is no longer retained or valid .

Team Members are not allowed to attend orientation or start their first training shift if they are unable to provide appropriate documentation in support of their right to work in the United States .
