7. Gifts and Puzzles
Reflection:
Gifts and puzzles were part of the carrousel teaching method, gifts were the things that we liked about a class, we had to write at least 5 of them. For example:“ the class was very entertaining”.
This seems to me as an after class reward, because our students at that moment were telling us how they felt and what they liked about the class.
It was good to be able to read those comments because those were things that we as teachers need to improve in front of a real class. I use the term of real class because that time our students were our classmates.
Puzzles were constructive critics for teachers, it was the same as gifts that we had to gripe about 5 of them, for example:“ The class was good but the material was not visual enough”.
