It is believed that you need to be extrovert person to be a good teacher. Although some teachers
develop a special classroom manner, your main style of teaching will depend on the sort of person
you are. However while personality is impossible to describe, for a class to learn effectively you
must inspire confidence in your students, and also you must know when to be firm and directive,
and when to be unobtrusive and leave the student alone.
The body language such as the voice plays a very important role, in order to demonstrate
confidence and inspiration to the students, so we can build rapport with them, engage and
encourage them to learn.
