In 2023 – 2024, TLP Teacher-Leadersconducted assessments with 1,468 students across Armenia. The results speak for themselves:

This overall growth of 16 % surpasses the World Bank’ s regional benchmark of 13 %, with especially strong results in Critical Thinking, a domain where progress is often slower and more difficult to achieve.

The results show that students are steadily developing the skills they need to lead, collaborate, and make a difference in their communities. Their progress reflects real growth not just in the classroom, but in how they think, act, and support one another. While there’ s always room to grow, these outcomes prove that with the right guidance and learning environment, students can become confident, thoughtful leaders. This progress reinforces our commitment to nurturing the next generation of changemakers in Armenia’ s education system.
