TEACHER LEADERSHIP PROGRAM( TLP)

At the heart of our work is the Teacher Leadership Program( TLP), our flagship initiative focused on placing and supporting talented educators in Armenia ' s underserved schools. In 2024, 146 Teacher-Leaders served across 140 + schools, impacting over 38,000 students- 15 % of the country’ s student population. These educators bring new energy, innovative teaching methods, and a commitment to equity in learning.
Applying to the Teacher Leadership Program was the best decision and choice I ever made. If I had the chance to go back and redo it, I would choose this path again. Each of us sometimes reacts sharply to any change or new thing, especially at the beginning, but later everything turns out well. It was the same when I first applied to the TLP. But now, after completing my first year, I am incredibly happy.
The entire TLP team, at any moment and on any issue, provides prompt and clear responses. Every detail is meticulously planned, weighed, and organized, taking everyone ' s interests into account. I feel that care and support. My students are now able to apply the knowledge they have gained. Regarding career guidance, some of them have mentioned that they want to become programmers. Some of my students, through designing and implementing the Change-Based Learning( CBL) project, have become more self-confident, to the point where they want to spread their work to other communities and conduct training sessions there as well. Not only would I recommend applying, but I also encourage others to join. If possible, I would continue working as a teacher myself.
