OVERALL LEADERSHIP SKILLS INCREASED BY 16 % THE HIGHEST IMPROVEMENTS WERE IN BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS , CO-CREATING A SHARED VISION , AND CO-CREATING ACTION PLANS , WITH A 17 % INCREASE .

The Student Leadership Survey engaged 2,311 students — 526 from grades 3-6 and 1,785 from grades 7-12 . The survey results indicated significant growth in leadership skills across all categories of the Leadership Framework , exceeding our expectations .
