LESSON OBSERVATIONS AND ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP
Leadership Development Managers conduct real-time classroom observations to assess Teacher-Leaders ’ performance directly in the classroom setting . These observations provide valuable feedback on their teaching practices . Managers visit Teacher-Leaders in person at least once each semester to complete these observations . Additionally , one-on-one coaching sessions are held to highlight Teacher- Leaders ’ strengths and set goals for future development . These sessions , supported by coaching techniques and tools , are integral to each Teacher-Leader ’ s growth .
In addition to these personalized visits , various educational sessions , workshops , trainings , and Regional Retreats are organized throughout the year to enhance the Teacher-Leaders ’ skills further .
