REGIONAL COACHING AND SUPPORT
Teach For Armenia ’ s operations are organized into three geographic regions : the Northern , Southern , and Artsakh areas . Each Teacher-Leader is paired with a coach and mentor , a Leadership Development Manager based in their respective region . These managers utilize our Leadership Framework to provide tailored support , including community visits for lesson observations , oneon-one mentoring , and other activities throughout the year . Their focus is twofold : enhancing both pedagogical skills and leadership development .
To further support Teacher-Leaders , Teach For Armenia organizes quarterly regional and national gatherings that address their collective needs . These gatherings complement our self-guided modules and offer additional opportunities for professional growth .
