Our commitment extends beyond the teaching program . We leverage the power of our alumni network to drive long-term change . Former Teacher-Leaders , united through our Seroond network of turnaround schools , continue their advocacy for educational equity , ensuring their impact endures . Our Káits Social Innovation Incubator supports alumni in launching education startups , and fostering innovative solutions to educational challenges . Additionally , our Education in Emergencies programs address the urgent needs of forcibly displaced students from Artsakh , demonstrating our dedication to education in all circumstances .

ADVOCATING FOR SYSTEMIC REFORM AND POLICY CHANGE
True transformation requires systemic change . Teach For Armenia leads advocacy efforts to influence education reform and policy changes that benefit all students and teachers in Armenia . Through our collaboration with Yerevan State University , we offer a Master ’ s in Teacher Leadership , equipping educators with the skills to lead and innovate within the educational system . Our Public Policy Lab for Alumni-Ambassadors empowers our graduates to become advocates and leaders in policy , driving the changes necessary for a brighter educational future .
Together , these priorities form the foundation of our movement . By building a critical mass of dedicated educators , fostering a robust alumni network , and advocating for systemic reform , Teach For Armenia is paving the way for an educational revolution .
