Teach For Armenia is driven by a bold vision to transform ArmeniaŹ¹s educational landscape . Our strategy focuses on three key priorities , each with targeted initiatives that collectively advance our educational equity and excellence goal .
PRIORITY # 1 :
BUILDING A CRITICAL MASS OF CHANGE-MAKERS ACROSS SCHOOLS
Our journey begins with recruiting passionate and talented graduates and professionals to teach in underserved schools . By placing these dedicated individuals where they are needed most , we aim to cultivate a critical mass of change-makers committed to improving education in Armenia from the ground up . The cornerstone of this effort is our 2-year National Service Program in Teaching . Through this program , Teacher-Leaders bring their energy , innovation , and dedication to classrooms , inspiring students and communities .
