STEP TOWARD HOME
In August 2022 we completed our fifth “ Step Toward Home ” ( Qayl Depi Tun ) Summer Camp in collaboration with the Office of the High Commissioner of Diaspora Affairs of Armenia as part of their “ Step Toward Home ” program for diaspora youth . Teach For Armenia Alumni-Ambassadors led the entire educational program for 420 participants
from 18 countries , and for the first time our Change-Based Learning model was included in the camp ’ s program .
NAVASARD
One of our most anticipated events of the year is the Teach For Armenia Navasard Graduation and Award Ceremony . This exciting occasion , named after the ancient New Year and Armenian harvest festival , brings together Teach For Armenia staff and outgoing Teacher-Leaders to honor their time in the classroom and mark their induction as Alumni-Ambassadors . At the ceremony , held in August 2022 , we had the privilege of listening to two exceptional
