DATA AND ASSESSMENT
Every year we use a collection of tools to measure the growth of our movement for educational justice both within our organization and at every level of our school communities . Our Kochari Culture Survey is used to understand how Teacher-Leaders perceive our organizational culture as enshrined by our Kochari , a collection of unifying concepts that help to synchronize our collective movement . Our Student Perception Survey is used to understand how students perceive their teachers and classroom environments . We also measure the academic outcomes of our students using Student Academic Assessments . Finally , two previous tools used to measure the Social-Emotional Learning outcomes of our students , the Student Voice Rubric and the Student Leadership Self-Inventory , were replaced starting in the 2022-2023 school year with our new Leadership Framework .
