" Together with our Teacher-Leaders Ms . Khachatryan and Ms . Ordinyan , we decided to create an eco-room , where we have placed sorting bins for recycling in our community . We are also planning to build a community greenhouse to grow fruits and vegetables , and to ensure the continuity of our work , we will organize seminars for our younger peers , so that they may fall in love with nature from a young age just as we have . It has been an incredible journey , and we are proud of what we have accomplished so far ."

In September 2022 , the Learning Design & Impact Team began designing a Change- Based Learning handbook that will be used by Teacher-Leaders to support their students in planning future Student-Led Innovation and Change-Based Learning projects .
TEACHER-LED INNOVATION PROJECTS
During their second year of teaching , Teacher-Leaders implement Teacher- Led Innovation Projects . Unlike Student-Led Innovation Projects , these projects are developed by Teacher-
Leaders themselves in order to enhance their leadership skills and help them gain basic knowledge on community project management . While these projects are mainly led by Teacher- Leaders , students and community members are also involved .
In 2022 , our sixth cohort of Teacher- Leaders implemented 47 Teacher-Led Innovation Projects funded by “ People in Need Armenia ” NGO , the Armenia Branch of Armenian Missionary Association of America ( AMAA ), the Eurasia Partnership Foundation Armenia , and individual private donors .
