Public Partnerships shepherds our relationships with multilateral organizations . In 2021 , we reached a new milestone in our partnership with UNHCR . It funded the Kamoorj Community Innovation Project to create an inclusive learning environment for students in Darbnik village . Located in the Ararat region , the community is home to 183 students of different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds , including displaced families from Artsakh . UNHCR funds were used to transform a corner of their school into a community learning space . The project was completed and unveiled in February 2021 .
Back in 2019 , Teach For Armenia partnered with UNICEF and Armenia ’ s Ministry of Education , Science , Culture , and Sports to develop a teacher training module and toolkit on inclusive education for in-service teachers . The initiative sought to equip current teachers with the training and tools to better serve students with special needs .
