300 students and awarded microgrants for the implementation of nearly 50 Student-Led Innovation Projects . Through our partnership with People in Need , an additional 40 projects were granted funding . Additionally , at the end of 2021 , our newest Teacher-Leaders worked with their students to launch an expansive crowdfunding campaign to implement nearly 100 Student-Led Innovation Projects . Through Káits , Teach For Armenia ’ s Social Innovation Incubator , we also successfully helped to found two new organizations : Zardeni and Havasar . By cultivating innovation and leadership within our classrooms and communities , we are unlocking Armenia ’ s potential .
Much like a single candle can dispel the darkness in a shuttered room , a single teacher can illuminate a classroom of students who have the potential to illuminate the nation .
