● In the first year of our Leadership Development Program , Teacher- Leaders introduce their students to Change-Based Learning . With their support , students design and lead small-size Student-Lead Innovation Projects that have budgets of around $ 400 .

● In the second year of our Leadership Development Program , Teacher- Leaders can implement larger Community Innovation Projects around completely new concepts or that build on ideas from the previous year . These projects have budgets of $ 1,000 to $ 2,000 .
