opportunity to implement Innovation Projects through our Social Innovation Pathway . After two years of piloting Student-Led Innovation Projects , Teacher-Led Community Innovation Projects , and our Káits Social Innovation Incubator for Alumni-Ambassadors , we are integrating these elements of our program into a single Innovation Accelerator . Organized as a three-year innovation cycle , each year will build on the other in an approach known as spiral learning : 1 ) Student-Led Innovation ; 2 ) Community Innovation ; and 3 ) Social Innovation .
Through spiral learning , topics , subjects , and themes are revisited in an iterative manner . At Teach For Armenia , we have integrated this approach by introducing and reintroducing key concepts such as design thinking , setting SMART goals , developing action plans and budgets , pitching ideas , and evaluating impact throughout our Leadership Development Program . We believe that if these concepts are internalized , they will cultivate a new generation of education pioneers who will think out of the box in order to elevate Armenia ’ s education system .
