As the global pandemic continued in 2021 , Teach For Armenia remained steadfast in protecting the health and well-being of our staff . We continued our work-fromhome policy while allowing staff to work in the office with guidelines for being masked and socially distanced . Meanwhile , as an organization that primarily operates in rural communities , Teach For Armenia was committed to ensuring that it did not serve as a vector for the spread of the virus . For that reason , in preparation for the 2021-2022 school year , Teach For Armenia launched a new set of guidelines for all staff members , Teacher-Leaders , and Alumni-Ambassadors . Anyone who participated in activities organized by Teach for Armenia was required to sign a waiver confirming their responsibility in combating the pandemic .

It is vital to learn from each other and grow as a collective unit of leadership . This harmonious melody is what makes us one of the best places to work in Armenia .”
