Through a recent survey , 94 % of Teacher-Leaders agreed or strongly agreed that the feedback provided by our team through the facilitation of the self-guided modules is effective . Furthermore , our Kochari Culture Survey demonstrated that 96 % of Teacher-Leaders think that they are developing the knowledge and skills to become innovative Teacher-Leaders . These statistics support that — while 2020 was a challenging year with a major shift to online learning — our Teacher-Leaders are receiving the support that they need to achieve impact with their students .
