the expansion of our student-led Community Impact Projects , which will be further supported by the distribution of another 2,000 devices to support online learning and our efforts to End the Digital Divide . Through such initiatives , we aim to spark innovation in every corner of the nation , creating hundreds of bright spots .
Furthermore , within the next five years , Teach For Armenia aims to achieve scale by placing Teacher-Leaders in a quarter of all public schools in rural communities . We believe that 25 % is the minimum threshold we must achieve in order to reach a “ tipping point .” At scale , we will reach 40,000 + students each and every year . Through future-facing teaching practices , we endeavor to provide them with an excellent education that will position them as the leaders of tomorrow . This is how we will achieve Our 2050 Promise , as enshrined in our Kochari .

To do so , Teach For Armenia will be launching a new program in 2021 called “ Nation- Builders .” The Nation-Builders initiative will be an opportunity for supporters , both in Armenia and abroad , to support Teach For Armenia in its mission to end educational inequity . By becoming a Nation-Builder , donors will sponsor schools across the nation so that we can continue to expand .
