95 % of principals are committed to a continued partnership with TFA Our principals are motivated by the tangible outcomes and transformative changes they have seen among their students , teachers , and parents . As one of our partner school principals highlighted : “ TFA Teacher-Leaders have created an environment where all students and their parents feel empowered and valued to contribute to their own learning and growth .”
60 % of new schools are referred to us by our principals This is a strong indicator of the effective cooperation and trust our schools have with us , and a strong vector for program expansion .
A vital aspect of our mission is making our impact on communities and schools sustainable through cooperation with regional and national governments . By implementing educational strategies at the grassroots level with policymakers , we structure our cooperation and enable our Teacher-Leaders to become active contributors engaged in community impact projects initiated by governments at the local , regional , and national levels . To this end , TFA has signed three MOUs with three key regional governments with the support of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development .
